What does "value compensation" mean upon withdrawal?
If you order a product or service via the internet, you can withdraw your purchase. This of course also applies to the premium membership at 4Match. Naturally, we comply with our legal obligations. If a 4Match member takes out a premium membership, they can withdraw it within 14 days.
In accordance with the legislation, you may owe a value compensation if you have used the product. Because our Premium service contains a personal, unique, and tailor-made component, we are allowed to ask for a value compensation; the unique personalized report remains in your possession, even if you withdraw your Premium membership.
The value compensation amounts to a maximum of one month's fee (depending on the chosen membership of 1, 3, or 6 months).
