As a user of 4Match, you have the right to invoke the statutory cooling-off period of fourteen calendar days, the so-called right of withdrawal. The cooling-off period for the right of withdrawal starts on the day of your order. Within the fourteen-day period, you can withdraw from the agreement.
If you have used our service during the period until the moment of withdrawal, we may charge a reasonable amount for the service provided. This amount will not exceed the membership fee for a month, depending on the chosen membership (of 1, 3, or 6 months). The refund period is as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal. We will refund using the same payment method you used.
In accordance with legal regulations, it is possible under certain circumstances that a value compensation is owed if you have used the premium membership. You can read more about that here.
